Shambhala Rebrand

OVERVIEW

Shambhala has a passionate following and a rich visual history, but its identity had grown inconsistent over the years; lacking the cohesive system that a festival of its scale deserves. My goal was to build something that honoured its underground, nature-connected spirit while giving the brand a more confident and contemporary foundation. I began with a thorough audit of the existing identity before developing a complete style guide covering typography hierarchy, colour palette, iconography, and usage rules. From there I stress-tested the system across multiple touchpoints: posters, a folded brochure, a website landing page, and festival merchandise including wristbands. Applying the brand across both print and digital contexts was essential to proving the system's scalability and consistency. The final deliverables demonstrated a brand that could live confidently across every surface Shambhala touches.
